Is Low Carbohydrate Training Better Than Calorie Restriction?

We can't always match in long endurance events or training. We can always match the requirements of the energy requirements of those events. And so, we probably are already adapted to glycogen depletion. So, adding that in is like just adding more of the same training stimulus. It's not causing an additive effect,. On the other hand, it might suggest that if you're in a period of low training stress or low training stimulus, then maybe there's potential to include it in your training strategy and nutrition protocol. But as we mentioned before, almost we need to weigh up the risk benefit.
