Is Your Body Getting More Protein Than Muscle?
If you care about being a little bit more jacked, you have to attend to that by regularly feeding your body protein. Your digestive track has a consumption of amino acid that's way higher and faster than muscle does. Settle and muscle beyond a certain point is kind of like a luxury. So plenty of protein around the clock, consistent resistance training, and of course as much sleep as possible.
