The Benefits of Fasting
The benefits of fasting, primarily reduction of endotoxin, coming from undigested food in the colon. You can achieve that by reducing your insoluble fiber and eating more simple carbohydrates. Cortisol to DHA ratio naturally increases as we age; it should not be more than 0.5. If you're doing blood tests, I would do maybe like every few weeks for maybe like a month or two and see how they are.
