i think the hard part for people to solve is both the physical and mental aspect of doing something that is significantly longer than they would be able to do in training. And that's what i think makes the long ultramarathons unique. You can't really replicate it in training. So if you're stressed out about a thing, you're probably unprepared, you know, or you're just doing something that really matters.
