Training plans and blogs can work for some people, but not everyone. I always say it's better to start on the south line a little bit under trained than even a teeny tiny bit over trained. People are still recovering from an intense training session after they have done that which they have done through the week. And nobody's body can do that with any consistency and not to be able to recover between forty and eight hours of intensity. For certain people this takes up to 40 hours per week. We don't become burned out because we go for the burn? These stories aren't so far-fetched - i'm sure you've heard them all before.
