Avocados also have magnesium I highly recommend to you to eat avocados as an athlete so when it's come to potassium you would want to hit at least 4.5 grams but I would recommend getting more and there are some good electrolyte solutions on the market try to find the ones without sugar. Other supplements that you need to put in your workout water usually or take around your training that help you to feel less fatigued is elk gluten man and elkarnitine. tart cherry and turmeric extract  is a good company sport research that I personally love and recommend to everyone even though I'm not affiliated with them in any way.
