Is Time Restricted Feeding Good for You?
Time restricted feeding is beautiful because it actually capitalizes on all the benefits. If you want to have protein designed at a certain time period, in respect to your activity, get that benefit of growth. And then you also have a phase of clean up, in which i you really want this diurnal rhythm of your metabolism. Of yr, you go through a fasting period, ana fed period when you have too much fed periods. Unless there's some people that need that.
