My general advice would be take your body weight times.8. And that's how many grams of protein you should be eating minimum a day. Eating protein with each meal is just more satiating than if you don't have adequateprotein with each meal. Fats, carbs, other vegetables, eat more of them, eat less of them. If you get those two things down, man, you are ahead of 99% of the population. But protein and water, that's, that's the foundation. That's the dynamic duo with regards to the foundation for health and longevity and the rest of your diet.
