The Need for High Intensity Training Stimulus

Mark Bjorgen is the winningest cross country skier ever. About 90% of her training was done in these aerobic zones and it might even have been, you know, more in the zone one and two than even you have done here with only 10% done at what most people would consider high intensities. And I think it's one problem we try not to hard like we go out, we go hard then we never go slow. We never go really hard. So it gets into a lot of training in zone like high two zone three,. Like in the long term, but there will be some effects on your body over time if you do that too much.
