The Importance of Note Making

I think influenced by Robert Childini is probably the most influential. It was some of his work where I realized that it wasn't just a one off study about blood donation, that there were real commercial applications. He identifies what he thinks the six key principles of persuasion. That certainly got me hooked on subjects. And that's been a very influential book. One of the simplest things to make sure that you've generally taken as much as you can from a book or you've turned it's own practical for your job is to write down in full sentences rather than put it together in a PowerPoint presentation. If you write down your flow of an argument, the gaps are glaringly obvious.
