How to Reduce Stress Levels
Some of these tactics that we've talked about to eliminate it can work for some people. Get up and walk away from the computer is a break that you need, or if you need something that's more fulfilling. A positive, you know, inputs that are not going to add to your stress levels can be another tactic. And when a stress creep out what I do is I go on my watch and activate the alert.
