Race Day Fueling

I usually, i'm not doing a whole lot fueling during runs outside of water and electrolites. But when i do, i'll usually do or practise what i'm going to be doing on a race day. During theseike longer runs and training, 20 to 30 grams of carbohydrate per hour. And that just kind of puts me in a position to kind o bild a practice,. like i said, practise my race day fueling strategy while in training.
