I feel like I have not done a very good job of maybe asking or really clarifying when you have a roadblock on your plan. You need to touch these people or references and come to me with some potential solutions. Let's work on this together now. The next time I'm going to be counting on you to make sure you've really vetted out everything you can possibly do before you tag me into the problem.
