The key parameter there would define in what's the difference between a strength in an exercise and a resistance based exercise would be intensity. And if I'm being honest, I think that's the one factor that a lot of especially rehab professionals don't actually look at. We get very focused on the sets and the reps and the frequency and how many times you need to do it. Don't actually tend to focus too much on the intensity perception of the exercise which I think is the far more important variable.
