Do You Use Halo After Workouts?

PMF: I like to sauna after the workout, then jump in a cold shower afterwards. Then I come back to my office, which is about 20 minutes away from my gym. And immediately the first thing I'm doing when I do emails in the morning, I'll throw the halo on and I'll use typically recover and then calm. PMF: If something does not work for me, and I mean, really work, I drop it. Like I do not have the time.
