There's a tension there because there is more work needed to get done at the lower elevation in the downstream work, right? Like those things take more time. And so, and we do have to, every job is a six-letter job. We have to be able to do things that are not in our genius. So one of the takeaways for me is to make sure we're not only coaching and expecting things that we can observe but also appreciating some of the upstream work as well.
