There are still multiple theories on causation and it is multi-factorial. There isn't just a single cause of this thing, there are various things which you can do to cement it. People are evolving a little bit better in terms of the practical winemaking. Some people are going back now to the crushing before pressing, which personally I think is a good thing. Everybody should be left to make the wine in their own way. It's not just one technique that works and you introduce it. You want to keep all these things in balance.
