The Difference Between Alignment and Commitment
Every transformation of culture around innovation and growth is what I call the different between alignment and commitment. Alignment is, you know, hey, does everyone want to be innovative? And everyone rarely do people say no. Commitment is who's willing to take away from whatever you're doing and put it towards something else. When sound co-conspirators inside the company decides to take a leap of faith on this new culture, they will show value very quickly.
