The Importance of Team Topologies
The problem that we're trying to solve is this idea of organizations and a structure by function. So when a new person turns on, we get full value out of the effort that they have available. The other thing I like is the fact that it provides a shared language. It's more a way of working than just an organizational hierarchy or approach to the way you structure teams.
