Are You Trying to Create a Tribe?
i'm not convinced that rationality is a great way to organize society. But i also think people are, to some large degree, fundamentally pretty tribal. The increasingly failed project o united states was to find a way to create a tribe that was not a blood and soil tribe. If violence in burning down police stations is what it took to get people to wake up to realizing how fucked people were within that like, i think that was probably justified. I will have to object to your english professor for their modes and ways of talking about it, um, and stifling debate and all that stuff.
