Strength Training for Beginners

There's a cohort of people who want to engage more with strength training specifically. And they are self aware enough to know that they need some assistance or they're new to this, but also self aware enough. So there is a little bit of trepidation, especially among runners getting into the gym because the gym is this alien environment. I'm much more comfortable flying around the track in my split leg running shorts with no shirt on than I am thrown around heavy weight in the gym with the rest of the gym.
