Doing a Set of Five on Pullops?

I love it, because i think the biggest thing that i hear from what you said was the consistency and repaidability of stopping between repso y. So my, my go to technique for a set of five on pullops would be three raps non stop, a little bit resed in the destop position, and then two raps dead stop. It usually works best for i b sets like o bten is usually done this way. That's a great advanced training technique that paper can use too, to apply in save. just trying to consistently do non stop peraps.
