The best people I've ever read about food, none of them would call themselves food writers. They would become great writers first and apply what everything knew about writing to describing their subjects. And the one thing that I found hilarious, right, is if they're going to now review restaurants that were usually or write about restaurants that are Michelin starred world. How come they never did that before?
