The Benefits of Jump Training
I don't think your first strategy is to sit down and say, here's all the benefits of jump training. The experience is way more powerful. And then second thing to keep in mind is how you administer that experience can have a huge range. So it doesn't need to be an unsupported, high jump right out the gate. It can be low. It can have a handhold for balance. Not to one of those metal plow boxes that have no sides, like razor sharp edges. I know we may be this seems whatever unnecessary, scary, intimidating. We're going to find a nice, appropriately challenging jump.
