Are You Expecting to Be the Point of Contact for the Customer?

I think that I am expecting to kind of be the point of contact for the customer when it comes to technical items. When it comes to QBRs and such, I think they actually want me to leave the charge because they want to be data driven. We go in and we'll pull reports and create this whole like pretty elaborate, uh, PowerPoint presentation that walks them through where we were three months ago and where we are today. Because of the platforms also about prioritizing and fixing things in the environment.
