Stress Is a Reaction to the World

When we get stressed, stress causes our brain to begin snap shotting all of the perceptual data, perceivable data, that is surrounding us at any time. So accurate expectations, generally speaking, we have fewer stress reactions inaccurate expectations, and we have more stress reactions. Acuteness of perception, would give us more ate expectations. And then just the raw data of the magnitude of change that we are suddenly exposed to. These three things go into the making of either, at one end, having a stress reaction, two, at the other end, having an adaptive response where interact with the change successfully.
