Training Course Selection for Triathletes

You need to be willing to go out of your comfort zone. If you're a triathlete, and you live in the city, and there's no hill near where you live. You need to get in the car and drive to wherever that hill is. But if you just keep doing those undulating endurance runs on a flat course, you're still getting the endurance factor, but you're not getting the undulating factor. So, yes, you're ticking off one, but you’re missing out on the valuable. And therefore, the outcome is being compromised again.
