Here's a general rule: However old you are, put your joint through that range of motion that many times. I need my ankles through full rotation 30 times. And so I would do that every time before you step on the court. For me, it's mostly like what's going on at the shoulders. Like the shoulders will just lock up and get tight. We're in poor positions all day.
