The Effects of Detraining on Muscle Size

The key characteristic of the catabolic phase is how quickly do we lose muscle size. It takes at least two weeks for significant reductions in muscle size to be observed. Detraining literature is not really the way to approach the training frequency problem which is why i do these different things like bed rest studies and all the other stuff.
