Self Compassion

Shame never helped anybody change in the long serm. Whether you shame people for being overweight or likey, look at things like race relations. So even people who are doing really bad things, we need to help them change from a place of care and compassion. T does it mean acceptance is not always compassionate? Is part of compassion but you can't accept behaviours that are harmful. That's not compassionate by definition. How do you change? Is the change motivated by love, or is it motivated by fear? So shame self. But motivation out of love, hey, i want you change because i see that you're unhappy. I care about you. You are a worthy person.
