The Importance of Balance
I don't believe the idea should be let's sacrifice for later on but also let's not give up planning completely planning is good. We want to be able to plan winter is coming and if you just kind of spend them all summer in the water hole you're going to die through winter. So it still comes to me back to that idea of total balance across all aspects of every role that you play in your life, faith family health friends career passions pursuits. I just want that I want some level of balance across it so that when you have something that knocks you out of balance a little bit like I had yesterday I work I had a little bit more of a stressful day than I normally
