The Importance of Mind Body Connection in Climbing

Climbers are hyper extending that joint way more than they even realize because they don't have that mind body connection yeah i think it's probably done more than hopefully than i know about as well. You can train yourself to recognize when it's starting to become in that grossly not good look and that you can then avoid it while climbing or training. There is a type of collagen which has more extensibility and more elastin etc but for the most part that's fixed so those people are still going to have to encounter those positions when they do small climbing.
