Because the more complex things they they tend to have less stability. Ah, and if you have less stability, you need to have better conditioning,. because you gongt fatigue quicker if you're less stable. If one thing iout toa about in my programme is with the clients a to do with how every exercise isn't exactly the same even though it's the same movement pattern or muscle groups.
