The Importance of Iteration

Don't waste your resources on Tom Dick and Harry instead of getting prepared for that one high-impact meeting. Instead of talking to everybody during the day, only talk to the person that you're preparing for a business development meeting at 5 p.m. Talk about it as a force to practice your improv or you're using it as a chance to kind of explore culture. That might be what you're getting out of it; just leave it alone. Don't ship products out the door way too early. I've become addicted to let's get the feedback early so we can make it better.
