Michelin announced in 2022 that 17 New York restaurants would be getting a star. Clover Hill was one of them. Michelin stars are awarded by anonymous inspectors who go by aliases, use burner phone numbers and don't even tell family members what they do for a living. The next day I work was really tough because I drink way too much.
