I have to get into the habit of that I have to actually set my alarm. There's a whole principle in the book that I devote to support that's relational and then there's also support that comes in. Having blocked out time in our calendar that can be huge these days we schedule for ourselves the things that are really life-giving. We commit to them in the same way that we would a date with a friend or with a loved one.
