Mapping is a great cheat for me if my lower back hurts which is unfortunately 90% of my life, five minutes on this and it's gone. The hotspot the part that really got activated was like on my back on my scapular something and it's related to that but it's actually the pain is coming from somewhere else or the root of it. So being able to go upstream and figure out what's not working in the first place I think very valuable with clinical experience.
