The Different Types of Quadriceps Tendonopathy

Quadriceps tendinopathy is a condition that comes in sports with deep knee flexion. The quadriceps tendon takes very high tensile loads, but it becomes compressed against the femoral connoisse and exposes it to a pathology state. One of the key differences in how you treat it is identifying where they get into deep knee Flexion and staying away from it. But remembering that this is a load accumulation tendon, so this will be in our older athletes in inverted commas.
