Training for Long Runs
Long runs are going to be the work outs i lean into more heavily. Those workouts, i am now always going to be thinking about what i'm should be thnking about during he races. Are working on that mental process that i'm going to go through. So you can kind of use that for whatever you're doing, to just translate it's what you'r training for verse s what i'm training for.
