On the Valley's exercise, I think what you've done a really good job of is just really delineating here are some examples of choices that you have to make. There are some points in our lives where like writing a book, it just seems really obvious. It's good for your career. And as I've examined my own personal values, a big piece of it has really been around prioritizing relationships and pursuing knowledge and growth on his own terms.
