Jeffrey Toobin: "We love to talk about numbers when numbers look good for our point that we're trying to make" He says the goal is to send a message that resonates with the customer, not just sell them products. But he also thinks there's cognitive dissonance around segmentation and how it can hurt your business. Toobin: I don't know why people get triggered by like the right customer, the right message to the right person at the right time but I do resonate with that.
