Sick people get Manko Pip Taz and sick people are going to get AKI. So, how do you differentiate that from the antibiotic being just in a P-phenomena or a friendly fire? And the study we discussed in 2016 was actually pretty good because they used a good control group. But the only outcome was an increase in AKI defined by changes in creatinine.
