There's a dominant Norwegian approach to training at the moment that everyone's talking about. Do you do you know like is that kind of way that you guys go about things pretty similar? I think probably in the season I would have like a VO2 max of round about 80. And I think Blumenfeld had something like 92, which is crazy. For sure they can really concentrate on only this threshold and a robotic capacity while I really have to work on that VO2 max to be competitive with them.
