Getting Your Energy Out of Your Body

Some people appreciate the opportunity to scream or to yell whether in an empty space where people will not be alerted. Another activity is some people will keep play-doh and create different models with the clay and then smash what they have created so it gives you that release and that outlet, that disruption without actually causing harm. Some people choose to play computer games, video games and engaging in that can distract the mind and also it's a way to focus your energy and have a release of energy.
