The Power of Habit

The power of habit is really great. So many good stories in that book. But i think the atomic habits was way more actionable, which i really liked. And from an educational perspective, i really like the diagrams and also the summaries at the end of every chapter. That's really funny. I did not like the summaris at the ends of each chapter. The words i can skip as i just read the chapter. You know, a whatspecially fun to refer back to the book later.
