Some people at his work had noticed that when he came in in the morning, he was suddenly smiling. And they told him this at a meeting. They were like, okay, you have changed a bit. What happened? And then he told them, well, I don't know, but maybe I started winter swimming. And I've done this for two or three months. That's it. So these things are very important because it also motivates people to go out and do it. And it helps them with their physical health as well.
