Stephanie food.me: I really appreciated that Stephanie took the time to come on the podcast and talk about her experience with complex PTSD. We started the conversation with the inherent vulnerability that comes from producing a book like "What my bones know" People with CPTSD often disassociate pretty heavily, so they had to find some kind of a coping mechanism in order to survive those situations emotionally. For Stephanie, one of the practices that was really helpful for her was restorative yoga. And there is a unique opportunity that can be present for people who come from traumatic backgrounds such as hers.
