How to Lose Weight
Every time you gain weight, even if you're trying to gain muscle, you're going to gain some degree of fat. Your diet and your sleep and your training is going to dictate how much muscle you lose while you diet. So both of those it just doesn't help to dirty bulk or to crash diet. It just puts you in a worse position long terms. And oukow generally, if your 300 pounds, you'd probably have about 20 pounds you could lose without compromising performance significantly.
