The Hotel's Decision to Sell a Suite

The hotel sold the suite that was reserved for the bride before she arrived. The staff were apologetic but nevertheless they said there's nothing they can do and this is the way it is. That to me is an understandable situation but not an acceptable situation. I don't know if you're going to go and pitch a fit and talk to the manager. If you're the kind of person who's going to agree with the folks in charge of the wedding, we've got to move on.
