The Importance of Conversion Rate
The biggest mistake that I see people make as well is looking at your conversion rate. Your conversion rate is a sum total of literally every single thing that happens in your business. The emotional thing I totally agree with the only pushback, you want to connect with your customer as quickly and as strongly as you can in an emotional way. When people buy by logic, they never spend money. But on the business side, I agree you should keep it emotionally.
